Germination

The barley is carefully transferred to the malting boxes. The water is of drinking quality and comes from our own deep wells and our recycling system, which are officially inspected. Germination is a precisley defined process. Electronically controlled and monitored conditions allow us to modulate the process in order to obtain exactly the malt character that is required.
